Nevertheless, there are certain - let′s call them - "fears of contact" towards consultants. High costs are expected, and lengthy, unsuccessful discussions are feared. But it’s in the consulting process that the actual transfer of theory into business practice takes place.
To exaggerate, one could say: "At the beginning, the client has the money and the consultant has the knowledge. At the end, the client has a clear and sustainable added value and the consultant has earned something." - In other words, a win-win situation.

Applying the rules
Referring back to the Shu Ha Ri principle, we are in the Ha ("Skill") stage. However, this could also be called the "Aha" stage because the consultant actively helps the client to apply the techniques learnt in daily business practice.
